  • Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon – Dubrul Vineyard, Rattlesnake Hills AVA; Merlot – El Mochuelo Estate Vineyard, Lake Chelan AVA; Petit Verdot – Weinbau Vineyard, Wahluke Slope AVA

  • Harvested: Various dates on mid/late October 2022

  • Bottled: 08/16/24

  • Alcohol: 14.5%

Fermented in open fermenters.  All varietals aged for 22 months 100% new French Oak.

Aromatics: Earth, dark fruit, and lightly toasted oak.

Palate: Begins with dark plum and huckleberry notes, followed by baking spices on the mid-palate. Finishes with soft, well integrated tannins. A pretty, complicated, and interesting wine.

Color: Medium Garnet with violet hues on the rim

Food Pairings: Elk tenderloin, filet mignon, and/or chocolate ice cream

When to drink: Ready now, but will continue to improve over the next year or two in bottle.Should age well for another 5+ years.
