  • Blend: Right-bank-style Bordeaux Blend:  63% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Petit Verdot

  • Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc – Dubrul Vineyard, Rattlesnake Hills AVA.   Petit Verdot – Weinbau Vineyard, Wahluke Slope AVA.

  • Harvested: Varying dates in October 2022

  • Bottled : 08/20/24

  • Alcohol: 14.8%

Fermented in open fermenters.  Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot varietals were aged for 21 months in 100% new French Oak.  The Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 21 months in 100% new American Oak. 

Aromatics: Earth, toasted oak, beef, and fresh roasted coffee

Palate: Begins with dark fruit, then cardamon spice on the mid-palate, and finishes with a beautiful, long, lingering finish.  This is a big, bold, beautiful wine that’s held nicely together with bright acid. 

Color: Medium garnet

Food Pairings: Prime Rib, Dyno Bone Ribs, Rib Eye Steak, Beef sliders

When to drink: This wine is beautiful now, but should continue to improve over the next 2 to 3 years and should age well for another 5 to 8 years.
