Fermented in 50% neutral and 50% new French Oak with acacia wood heads.Aged for 10 months in neutral French Oak barrels with acacia wood heads.

  • Aromatics:Pineapple, lemon grass, lime, and bright acid.

  • Palate: Lemon curd, citrus, grapefruit, nice bright acid, and a touch of oak

  • Color: Pretty yellow or straw

  • Food Pairings: Oysters, sushi, black cod, and/or yellowtail crudo.

  • When to Drink: Beautiful now and should drink beautifully for 3+ more years.

We are firm believers that you cannot make great wine without great grapes. We work very hard to grow great grapes, handpicking our grapes each season. Each season brings new challenges, but when we harvest the beautiful fruit we’ve worked so hard for, it’s incredibly rewarding. We practice sustainable farming and are in our vineyard every day. We make sure each vine gets the optimal amounts of water, nutrients, and sun. We want to do as little wine making intervention as possible.
